For ISM band applications, our 2W PA delivers >32dB high gain with outstanding Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) performance, specifically designed for 802.11n wireless communication (5.15–5.85GHz). Packaged in a compact QFN, it supports standard SMT processes, offering small size and excellent thermal management. Ideal for wireless routers, access points, and high-reliability ISM equipment, this PA ensures superior efficiency, high linearity, and improved communication quality with reduced power consumption.
