Our ISM band Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) operates on a 3.3V supply and achieves a noise figure (NF) below 1.5dB. It supports both 2.4GHz and 4–6GHz bands, making it suitable for various ISM applications. Packaged in a compact DFN for standard SMT assembly, it offers high sensitivity and low power consumption, significantly improving receiver sensitivity and reducing signal degradation. Ideal for IoT devices, Wi-Fi communications, and smart home applications.
